BOWDON BARS
We have two bars. The main bar is the hub of the whole Club, The Link Bar is a smaller quieter bar that is generally open when the club is less used or when the main bar is being used for a function.
Our main club bar is the central hub of the whole Club, offering our members the opportunity to socialise with friends and family, enjoy a drink and take in the best sporting action. The Bar serves a full range of draught products, bottles, wines, spirits and soft drinks. The Club is supplied by Marstons Brewery and Reserve Wines and we are grateful for their support.
The Bar is open to Club members and welcomes visitors from other Clubs when they are playing sporting fixtures at Bowdon. We also host private functions in the Bar and other rooms within the Club. Please contact the Joanne Smith at the Club on 0161 928 1358 for more information.
Bowdon Club Cards
Members who are 18 years old and are up to date paying their subscription via the Go Cardless system will have preferential pricing on the purchase of alcoholic drinks. Also, we’ve gone cashless so all payments are by credit or debit card

Our link bar so called because it links the club with the squash courts provides a cosy atmosphere and is open when the main club bar is being used for private functions.

Our core bar opening hours, which may be extended by events and Squash/Hockey/Cricket matches etc. are as follows:

Note these are the current hours of opening but are subject to change. Changes are notified to members via a Mail Chimp mailout, but the office needs to have a valid email address in the membership database for this to work.
At weekends the bar opens during the day when Bowdon host sporting fixtures and for important TV sports events. Please contact the Club Office on 0161 928 1358 for specific opening times.
